- Speed, attention to detail, knife skills, organization and ability to give and take instruction/ feedback are must-haves.
- Excellent cooking and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of food and labor costs a must.
- Experience as a Jr. Sous Chef or Kitchen Manger preferred.
